Morning pondering.

Am I a bad person for intentionally dressing like a punk because I'm going to be at HQ (aka: suitland) today?

No.

Oh good.

Though I'm wondering what dressing like a punk entails.

Well, first, keep in mind that HQ is populated with marketing, sales, etc. So even business casual tends to be casual there, you know?

But, I was wearing: denim cargo pants with zippers and pockets and seams everywhere. A grey long-sleeved hooded t-shirt. Over that, an oversized black t-shirt, with the PowerPuff Girls dressed up as goth girls. (Oooh, a Time Warner Property, at that!). Stompy boots. And, of course, my bright red hair. :)

Was definitely not the norm.
Quite the opposite, methinks. I always make an effort to go for the "teenage metalhead turned sysadmin" look when there's management around at work. Gives them that warm fuzzy feeling. ;-)
"All I wanted was to be Bavarian for one brief shining moment. Is that so wrong?"

"Yes, Frank. It's very wrong."

You may not stuff me full of Bavarian cream. Just so you know.
Re:
... OK, there are like five different things I could say here?

But I think I'm going to be a good boy and not actually say any of them.
