It's Monday.

Therefore, I must be on hold with Dell.

I'm really getting tired of this.

I called, and they are trying to get me to do more diagnostics. I informed them that nothing has changed since the last time I sent the damned thing back to them, and they should just read the case history. And then, they should send me a new laptop.

We appear to have reached something of an impasse.

I suppose I am being completely unreasonable about this, but I'm completely tired of dealing with the whole mess, and I have a ton of other things I need to be doing. I just want a functioning laptop, and I don't feel like spending the next 2 months sending this thing back and forth across the country to get it.
