Visit from the headache fairy.

Sadly, this fairy does not work as LostVger posited, removing headaches (much in the same manner as the tooth fairy). Instead, the headache fairy bestows headaches upon its unfortunate host, staying just long enough to make sure misery has been spread, and then flitting off to find the next unfortunate victim.

I think that I will not be going to WPFS tonight, which is a damned shame, as I really really wanted to see Jesus Christ, Vampire Hunter. And, I think Torque is starting to hate me, as I keep planning on going to these with him, and I keep not going. Bleah.

Revised plan: Going home at some point, showering, napping, and playing Dark Cloud 2. Yeah.

Yes, the headache faerie is like the menstrual faerie.

Also, unless you like reallllly repetitive, boring, repetitive, repetitive, repetitive, repetitive side quests of killing monsters over and over again, just do not bother with montser transformation. As far as I can tell, it's not actually necessary to the game. I did find a way to make leveling up the monsters go more quickly, but honestly, I made it to level... 6 or 7 on the first one and it STILL had neither gained stats nor gone to a new species, so, uh, fuck that. I found a guide somewhere that suggested it takes > 20 (!) levels to move to the next form.
